By creating an account or using MARS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Free to use
MARS is 100% free. There is no subscription and no payment is required to use it.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Please provide accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
Listing apps
- Only list apps that you own, publish, or are authorized to promote.
- App names, icons and descriptions come from the App Store and Google Play. They belong to their respective owners.
- Do not list apps that are illegal, misleading, harmful, or that infringe someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not spam, harass others, try to break or overload the service, or use it to collect other people's information. We may remove listings or accounts that break these rules.
No guarantees
MARS is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free, or that any app listed on MARS will get downloads, reviews or feedback. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You can stop using MARS and remove your listings at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its members.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
